The minitype ball mill mainly consists of feeding part, discharging part, rotation part, and transmission part (speed reducer, little transmission gear, electric motor, electric control). The hollow shaft adopts the steel-casting with the lining shiftable. The rotation gear wheel adopts the casting hobbing with wear liner edged in the barrel. This minitypeball mill is of stable operation and reliable running.
The minitype ball mill working principle:
he minitype ball mill is of horizontal type and cylindrical rotary apparatus, outboard gear drive, two cabins, and grid ball mill. The material goes into the feeding hollow shaft by feeder unit and then spirals evenly into the ball mill first bin where the ladder or the ripple lining plate is with steel balls of different specifications inside. The centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the barrel will take the steel ball to certain height and then the steel ball will drop, thus the material is banged and ground. After the kibbling in the first bin, by monolayer partition panel, the material will enter the second bin, which has plane scale board with steel ball inside to further grind material. The powdery material is discharged by unloading pannel and finish the grinding process.
