(1) Lubricating oil system strainer blocking
There is an independent lubricating oil system for each coal mill. As the coal ball mill adopts positive pressure powder making. The activity and inertia association part of the coal mill hollow shaft and separator – the pulverized coal in the seal box is most likely to be polluted by engine oil. So a scraper blade should to be loaded onto the seal box to clean away the piled up pulverized coal. As the scraper blade scratches the material level pipe all the time in the seal box, so it is knocked down. The coal deposits are serious without scraper blade which aggravates the pollution of the engine oil. It is regulated that the differential pressure before and after the strainer should be no more than 3MPa. Generally the oil system strainer should be cleaned once ten days. As the differential pressure of engine oil pollution is big, it must be cleaned once a day, even once two hours. The engine oil pollution makes the main bearing set temperature high.
(2). The Influence from main bearing set closed cooling water system
The main bearing set of coal ball mill machine adopts the closed cooling water system. As the motor design capacity of the closed cooling water pump is undersize, the cooling water quantity of the heat exchanger behind the cooling water pump is little. The coal grinding mill cooling water pipe builds on stilts without temperature conservation which lead to the main bearing set cooling water temperature relatively high. This closed cooling water system of ball mill grinder contains turbine house, and boiler room. The pipeline is more than 200 meters length, and the miller system is long and of great resistance force, especially the coal ball mill equipment which is on the system end with little differential pressure, small flow, difficult backwater. Besides there is no oil cooler in third project oil station which contributes to the high temperature of the ball mill grinder main bearing set.
