The ball mill grading problem perplexes many customers, now some suggestions are made by engineer from Henan Bailing Machinery Co.,LTD.
There are many kinds of grading methods, and the basic principles are:
1. For the material hardness of high hardness value, select steel ball with large diameter.
2. As ball mill with large diameter is of big impact, so need steel ball with small diameter.
3. If ball mill use dual-storage clapboard, the steel ball diameter should be larger than the ball mill with single clapboard, the premise is they have same discharging cross-section.
4. Usually using four grade matching balls, having few big and small balls, many middle balls, namely, "few in two ends, many middle."
