Thicken the diameter of rolling bearing part in the ball mill quill shaft. The cooled thin oil in the quill shaft decreases the temperature conducted from the quill shaft to the bearing to lower than 60 degree. The advantages of the bearing pedestal are specified as follows:
1. The thin oil lubricating is better than grease lubricating, which makes the bearing friction coefficient fall to the lowest and the electric-saving effect is best. 2. The normal operation temperature of the bearing is much lower than that of the dry oil lubricating, which prolongs the bearing service life. 3. The bearing base is equipped with the oil level indicator so that the ball mill operator can see the oil level at any time and add the oil in time. The lubricating can be assured and the bearing damage accident is avoided. 4. The oil chamber oil content of the ball mill bearing pedestal, and the outer diameter of the rolling bearing decreases (under the premise of the enough strength and torque force of the feed and discharge devices). There is flange on the connection end face of the ball mill quill shaft and the feed and discharge spiral barrel which is connected with the flange. On the diminution quill shaft end face, a flange used to press the bearing inside race is designed to prevent the bearing exceed out axially. 5. The ball mill bearing outer top cover is removed to prevent the dust entering into the bearing box which keeps fine oiliness and the life service of the bearing is assured and the ball mill operation is safe and reliable. 6. As the rolling bearing diameter is enlarged which forms diameter difference with the quill shaft average external diameter and it is good to improve the thin oil level and decrease the thin oil overflow. 7. The quill shaft diameter is enlarged which makes the distance between the rolling bearing and the feed and discharge material spiral barrel become long thus plays some function of heat insulation and cooling. It is good for the bearing cooling and makes service life long.
